- Equivalent to 0.4 of a full time position; days and hours negotiated with the Minister in Placement and Church Council
- A major responsibility will be to establish, develop and lead Kids Club as significant community-facing ministries
- Developing the vision, purpose, format and timetable of each ministry in consultation with church leadership.

Description:

Lighthouse Church Port Pirie is seeking a passionate, committed and gifted Children's and Families Co-Ordinator to provide leadership, vision and practical oversight of ministry among children, and families.
The purpose of this role is to develop a healthy, welcoming, relational and outward-looking ministry centred on Jesus Christ, grounded in Scripture and integrated into the wider life of the church.





The Co-Ordinator will provide strategic leadership while remaining actively involved in practical ministry, building relationships with children, parents, carers and volunteers and developing sustainable ministry teams.
A major responsibility will be to establish, develop and lead Kids Club as significant community-facing ministries.

This will include:

- Developing the vision, purpose, format and timetable of each ministry in consultation with church leadership.
- Creating safe, welcoming and engaging environments for children and families.
- Planning appropriate activities and programs.
- Building genuine and respectful relationships with parents and carers.
- Promoting the ministries throughout the Port Pirie community.
