Flinders is one of Melbourne’s largest, most award winning backpacker hostels. We host guests from all over the world - from short stays to long term trips. Flinders is known for being a sociable and central hub for exploring Melbourne and connecting with like-minded people.
About the Role:
Our front desk crew is the heart of our operations - they’re friendly and will get stuck into everything. From check-ins to chats, to being responsible for maintaining a clean, fun and comfortable environment for all of our backpackers, our reception team are true all-rounders.

Role Start date from 12th of October Onwards
About you:
Bit of a night owl that prefers working afternoons and overnight shifts
Thrives in a social, high-energy setting
Previous experience in customer service-based roles
A positive, will-try-anything attitude
Confident, multi-tasker, resourceful and loves a challenge
Have working rights in Australia
Ability to work 20 - 30 hours a week
Work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts
