The Practice Desk Officer plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of player practice sessions during the Workday Canberra International. This casual position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring practice court bookings, ensuring accurate system updates, managing practice ball inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service to players and their support teams.
Working closely with the Practice Desk Supervisor and other team members, the Practice Desk Officer ensures that court usage aligns with event practice allowances, maintains player confidentiality, and facilitates communication with hitting partners when required.
