Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley is seeking casual Cellar Team Members for the 2027 Vintage. Previous winery experience is helpful but full training will be provided. Employment is seasonal and casual, running January to May 2027.
We require shift work, weekends and overtime, and a willingness to perform physical labour both indoors and outdoors. You’ll operate during vintage from crush to press, and assist with filtration and bottling preparation.
