The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery Collection in Sydney, NSW is seeking casual Chefs to join our kitchen team across the hotel’s restaurants, bars and event spaces. You will support daily operations, prepare and cook menu items to high standards, and help with menu development, presentation, and portion control.

These casual roles may turn into full time positions for the right candidates; on-site work is required and a strong focus on food safety and guest satisfaction is essential.
