The successful candidate will work as an all-rounder, supporting both the front-of-house team and general restaurant operations. Key responsibilities

- Customer Service and Support kitchen staff when required.
- Welcome customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Assist customers with seating and general enquiries.
- Take and communicate customer orders accurately.
- Provide friendly and efficient table service.
- Deliver food and drinks to customers.
- Clear plates, dishes and tables.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming dining area.
- Respond politely and professionally to customer requests.
- Handle customer concerns respectfully and seek assistance from senior staff when required.
- Assist with payments and basic point-of-sale duties when trained.
- Assist with takeaway orders and packaging.
