As a Customer Service Officer, you are Council’s first point of contact for residents, businesses, visitors and community groups. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver professional, accurate and timely customer service while helping customers access Council services, information and support. In this role, you will provide frontline customer service over the phone, face to face, and via written communication across an omnichannel environment, ensuring every interaction is positive, respectful and solution focused. Operating across a range of Council locations, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries at first contact where possible and supporting the diverse needs of our growing community. **Let’s talk about you** You are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people.
