The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Port Stephens, NSW, is seeking a casual Chef de Partie to join The Galley Kitchen. You’ll contribute to the restaurant’s refined, high-quality dining experiences and work within a cooperative kitchen team.

Ideal candidates have fine dining or hotel experience, can perform under pressure, and hold a Cert III in Commercial Cookery and a current Food Safety Certificate. The Wests Group Australia supports employee wellbeing and development.
