Mercy Health's Mercy Place Yarrawonga Woods Point is seeking a Casual Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centred care in a residential setting.

You will assess and monitor patients, support end-of-life care with dignity, follow the aged care code of conduct, document care information, and work within a multidisciplinary team. Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is required, with police check and influenza vaccination proof.
