Total Tools Albion Park & Wollongong are looking for Full Time Retail Sales Assistants , we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for sales and customer service. You bring the sales acumen, drive and customer focus, we'll provide the product training and support to help you succeed in your new role.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

- Building relationships with customers and identifying their needs
- Providing product recommendations and tailored solutions
- Processing sales transactions and customer orders
- Assisting with customer enquiries and follow-up
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals
