Join the team at Sahra by the River, a vibrant riverside restaurant in Parramatta, as a full time Waiter/Waitress. In this customer-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen
- Serving food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between sittings
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns
- Assisting with stock management and light cleaning duties as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
- The right to work in Australia
