KeyResponsibilities

- Prepare, cook and present high qualitya la carte dishes to five-star standards
- Support Senior Chefs in daily kitchenoperations and service delivery
- Maintain consistency, presentation andflavour across all dishes
- Adhere to strict food safety,



hygiene,and workplace health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively within a friendly,fast paced, professional kitchen environment

OurDemi Chef will be driven to work alongside highly skilled chefs, refining theirtechnique as well as contributing to a world-class guest experience. Itis preferrable that you have experience in high end volume operations at aluxury hotel or high-end venue, with proven experience leading teams to meet alevel of high performance across food quality and innovation.

- Sound knowledge of the latest trends inthe Industry
- Experience delivering bespoke menus andamenities.
- Passion for service excellence andproviding superior hospitality experience
- Proven ability to work in a highpressure and fast-paced environment
