Reporting to the Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading kitchen operations, supporting your team through service, and delivering exceptional food quality in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

A few of your responsibilities

- Support the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation
- Train, mentor and develop Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, Cooks and Apprentices
- Ensure preparation and service standards are maintained across all sections
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
- Contribute to menu execution and operational excellence during service

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork




- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Ability to perform confidently under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
