What are we looking for

- Previous experience working with woks in a busy high-end kitchen
- Cantonese/Mandarin language skills highly regarded
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
