Home & Garden Maintenance Worker (Southeast Suburbs)

HenderCare is seeking a Casual Home and Garden Maintenance worker to join our team on a casual-type basis to support our Aged Care & Disability clients with their homes in the Bayside, Eastern, and Southeast Suburbs (Cheltenham, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Mulgrave, Ferntree Gully, Croydon, Pakenham, Berwick, Surrounding Suburbs)

About The Role

As a Casual Home and Garden Maintenance Worker, you will attend multiple clients homes to assist in keeping their homes safe and habitable by minimising environmental health and safety hazards. Tasks include:

- gutter cleaning
- basic window cleaning, oven, fan cleaning
- lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, hedge trimming
- replacing smoke alarm batteries
- minor home maintenance

About You (Must Have)

- Previous gardening and maintenance experience
- Reliable smartphone for AlayaCare App roster access (iOS 16+ or Android 10+)
- Own gardening and maintenance equipment and vehicle
- Have an unrestricted Australian Driver's License
- Have access to a UTE/Trailer to transport the equipment and tools
- Have a current National Police Check
- Have a current Working With Children Check (Employee Type)
