CSBS Group is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker for roles in Jamboree Heights and Redbank Plains. You will support a young adult transitioning to a 24/7 SIL setting, starting with extended day shifts and eventually a 24/7 roster, with potential permanent part time opportunities.

The role requires compassionate, patient, and consistent support, following established plans and building trust over time. Current checks and a valid Australian driver licence are essential.
