- Employment Type: Part-Time (72 hours/fortnight), Ongoing
- Salary: Admin Grade 2 (commensurate with experience) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors of Nursing & Midwifery and, where possible, the Assistant Director of Nursing & Midwifery team. You will provide high-level administrative and coordination support, manage competing priorities and help senior nursing leaders deliver their strategic, professional and operational responsibilities.

This role is more than traditional administration. It is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to senior leaders, anticipating needs, solving problems and contributing to key workforce, governance and service initiatives. Through your professionalism, attention to detail and collaborative approach, you will support nursing and midwifery excellence and help Western Health deliver Best Care.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide high-level executive and administrative support, including proactive diary management, correspondence, travel coordination and forward planning.
- Coordinate meetings and programs, including agendas, minutes, actions, venue arrangements, catering and technology requirements.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, project documentation and internal communications.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, workforce administration and maintenance of accurate records and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the Nursing & Midwifery administrative team to support Directorate priorities across Western Health sites

- Experience in an executive support, administration or coordination role, supported by relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience.
- Excellent organisational skills,



attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and the confidence to take initiative, solve problems and continuously develop your skills.
