ALH Mermaid Waters Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking a Front Office Attendant to welcome guests and deliver warm, attentive service as the first point of contact. In this rapid-paced environment you will manage reception tasks and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

You will also assist with accommodation, bookings and dining operations, while maintaining safety and compliance under Endeavour Group standards. RSA certification is required.
