GastrotrACT is Canberra's largest gastroenterology consulting practice, located in Garran on the grounds of The Canberra Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced medical receptionist to join our team.

As a GastrotrACT receptionist you will join our supportive and fun-loving team in a fast paced, patient focused workplace, providing high level administrative and reception services. Previous reception, call centre and/or administrative experience is essential.

A minimum of 1-2 years reception or administrative experience is required for this position.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in a busy reception/administrative role (medical reception experience highly regarded)

Friendly & professional telephone manner

Proactive & Solutions Focused approach to work





Exceptional attention to detail

Flexibility to deal with a changing environment

Positive teamwork and collaboration

Australian citizenship or permanent residency status

Full and Part time positions available

Full business hours coverage required during scheduled working days

5 weeks annual leave (prorated for part time)
