Firstsource Solutions Australia PTY LTD in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Support Associate – General Enquiries (Inbound) at entry level to handle customer calls, assist with general inquiries, and provide rapid, friendly resolutions.

You will be trained fully and work from our Melbourne CBD office on a rotating roster with shifts from 7:50am-8:30pm, contributing to a supportive team culture and growth opportunities in WFM, Trainer, Team Lead roles.
