Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley is seeking casual Laboratory Technicians for the 2027 Vintage. Previous vintage or laboratory experience would be well regarded, but full training will be provided.

Employment will be on a seasonal casual basis from January to May 2027, with shift work, weekends and overtime. A Vintage Laboratory Technician will be involved in the routine analysis of juice/ferments and wine.
