Floridia Cheese in Thomastown seeks a qualified hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our growing production. You will lead regular inspections, diagnose mechanical faults, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.
You’ll work with conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics and packaging machinery, using CMMS to record work and spare parts. The role is full time, onsite, with hours 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and weekend/on-call rotation.
