Concept Recruitment Specialists – Kemps Creek NSW

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, preferably within transport, logistics or supply chain, who enjoys resolving enquiries, managing customer accounts and working closely with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries and cases through Dynamics 365, phone and email.
- Process customer orders and account adjustments accurately and within required timeframes.
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to coordinate deliveries and delivery time windows.
- Investigate missed deliveries, service issues and customer complaints, following through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, case notes and delivery information.
- Escalate complex enquiries and operational issues to the appropriate teams.
- Prepare regular reports and review data to support customer service performance.

About You

- Proven experience in a customer service role,



ideally within transport, logistics or supply chain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with Dynamics 365 would be highly regarded.
- Solid computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail when processing orders and maintaining customer records.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and confidence investigating customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customer service, warehouse and transport teams.
- Availability to work 10:00am – 6:00pm, with flexibility for rostered public holidays as required.
- Valid Australian working rights.

A qualification in Business Administration or a related field, along with geographical knowledge of Australia, would be advantageous.
