365 Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support elderly and disabled clients in their own homes around Penrith. You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, shopping, meals, and transport to appointments within Western Sydney.

Applicants should have Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and a NSW driver's licence with reliable transport. NDIS or police checks may be preferred. Travel up to 30 minutes from home is required.
