Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our growing Reservations Team at our Wickham base camp. You will handle bookings via phone, email and web, while promoting our loyalty program and promotions. Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service are essential.
Flexibility to work a seven-day roster between 7am and 7pm, including weekend shifts, is required. Experience in administration, bookings, and call centers will help you succeed in this role.
