Join Liverpool Hospital's Emergency Department and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to patients, families, and clinicians while contributing to the smooth operation of one of the district's busiest frontline services.
- Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support within Liverpool Hospital's Emergency Department.
- Support patient registrations, admissions, and information management to help ensure timely access to care.
- Work closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to contribute to positive patient and family experiences.
- Contribute to patient flow through accurate patient registration, admissions processes, effective communication, and the appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Participate in a rotating roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts as part of a 24-hour, seven-day service.

- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering respectful, high-quality customer service in a patient-focused environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, clinicians, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a mature approach to work.
- Bring previous administrative experience, strong computer skills,
and the ability to effectively use information systems.
- Be available to work a rotating roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts within a 24-hour, seven-day service. This is a mandatory requirement of the role.
