We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our cruise division as After Sales Consultants. You don’t need prior experience in the travel industry—just a knack for hitting sales targets, stellar customer service skills, and a passion for all things cruise-related. No experience in travel necessary.

Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from the country's top cruise experts in an interactive, fast-paced environment. Upon completion, participants will become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant with a guaranteed full time position and future career opportunities within the My Cruises team.

As a Cruise Expert, you’ll get to experience cruising first‑hand. Plus, you'll enjoy exclusive travel discounts, monthly recognition programme's, access to health consultants and financial advisors, and a beautiful beachfront office in Broadbeach. How awesome is that?

Day to Day you will...

- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales journey
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver personalised cruise recommendations




- Work towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction outcomes
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Develop the knowledge and skills required to become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

Who you are...

- A passion for cruising and travel
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Robust customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office or similar programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in the travel industry
- Overseas travel experience is highly regarded
