Jay Jays – Pacific Fair, Gold Coast, Queensland – is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship team. You’ll drive sales, coach your crew, manage stock, and ensure a protected, vibrant customer experience in a busy retail environment.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday shifts; you’ll work from briefs, deliver visual merchandising, and maximise KPI performance while nurturing a fun, high-performing store culture.
