Panache Hotel Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Night Auditor/Receptionist to join our team at Peppers Southern Cross Melbourne Hotel. This is a part-time position that require to work on-site overnight, located at 679 La Trobe Street, Docklands 3008 VIC.

The Night Auditor will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, with key responsibilities including:

- Warmly and professionally greeting guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and online/phone bookings.
- Timely resolution of guest queries and concerns.




- Processing payments and maintaining a balance of folios.
- Keeping the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Executing daily tasks assigned by the Hotel Manager and Duty Manager.
- Maintaining accurate guest records in the hotel database.
- Keeping the hotel secure after hours and following hotel security protocols, reporting any incidents.
- Manage the reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting procedures.
- Assist in preparing for the daytime team's operations.
- Ensure the Property Management System and relevant software roll the day successfully each night.
- Ensure a clear and comprehensive handover occurs with the PM Duty Manager and that they complete their shift.
- Ensure all master keys are accounted for at the end of each day.
- Assist line staff when required.
- Inspect and patrol each of the hotel room level at night time at least every 1 hour.

Job Requirements

- Legal Right to Work in Australia, foreigner must provide a copy of VISA Granted Letter.
- Fluency in English
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the hotel industry.
- Ability to travel to the workplace is a prerequisite for the role
- Must able to work overnight.
