InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a part time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our venue operations, including Heno and Rey, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team engagement. You will work approximately 20 hours a week and report to the Food and Beverage Manager, driving guest experiences and standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of team leadership experience in a busy restaurant or bar, with excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple
