Jean Hailes for Women’s Health is seeking a Patient Services Officer for our Melbourne CBD clinic. This permanent role offers part time or casual hours with opportunities for growth and a focus on delivering excellent patient service.

You will provide frontline reception, coordinate appointments and referrals, process billing, maintain patient records, and liaise with nurses and clinicians to support a smooth clinic flow.
