Position Summary
As a Soccer Coach with Hollier Sports, you'll be working with young players and sharing your love of football. The role involves running training sessions, talking with parents, and creating a positive environment where our players can develop and enjoy themselves.

What you'll be doing
Manage and engage with players aged 5 to 15, across all abilities and backgrounds
Lead and facilitate sessions with a focus on skill development and fun
Demonstrate skills to players in this age group (recreational playing ability is fine)
Set up and pack down equipment for each session
Communicate regularly with the Head Coach, providing updates and feedback
Engage with parents, answering questions and addressing any concerns
What you'll need
A coaching licence is a plus, but not required.
A valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card
First Aid certification, or a willingness to obtain it after starting
Prior experience in soccer coaching or working with young people is preferred
Working hours
Sessions are primarily afternoons and evenings on weekdays
