Inglewood Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery based in Mount Waverley, proudly supplying wholesale partners and coffee lovers across Melbourne and beyond. We roast, package and distribute high-quality coffee to cafés, retailers and businesses, with a solid focus on quality, freshness and food safety.

We're gearing up for our busiest stretch of the year and are looking for fast, reliable team members to help us keep up. If you thrive under pressure, love a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting things done right (and quickly), we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Pick Packer, you'll be picking, packing and prepping orders at speed to keep our roastery moving through our peak Black Friday and end of year rush. Accuracy matters, but so does pace. If you enjoy a physical, hands-on job where the day flies by, this is for you.

This is a casual role with regular hours available, Level 1 rates and an immediate start.

Flexible availability is key, as shifts rotate across:

8:30am to 5:00pm

10:30am to 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Picking, Packing & Production

Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately and at pace

Grind and package coffee to our quality and freshness standards

Keep up with high-volume order periods

Food Safety & Hygiene





Follow food safety and handling procedures in line with HACCP requirements

Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and packing areas

Complete cleaning and general housekeeping duties

Warehouse & Stock

Receive and store stock from suppliers

Carry out general warehouse organisation and stock management

Use the walkie stacker and pallet jack to move stock safely

Maintain OH&S; standards across the warehouse

Team & Culture

Work collaboratively with the production and dispatch team

Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues

Contribute to a positive, hardworking team environment

You will be successful in this role if you:

Have previous warehouse, pick/pack, fulfilment or food handling experience

Can lift up to 20kg unassisted

Are comfortable on your feet for full 8 hour shifts

Are punctual and reliable, every shift, no exceptions

Work well under pressure and keep pace during high-volume periods

Have strong attention to detail, even when moving quickly

Work well as part of a team

Are available through to February, with flexibility across shift times

Please note: Applicants must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights. Student visa holders are not eligible for this role due to the hours required.
