2 Study Property Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis based from Robina, QLD. This is an excellent prospect to commence your carpentry career with a reputable organisation that is committed to developing skilled tradespeople. You will work alongside an experienced carpentry professional, gaining practical knowledge and hands‑on experience whilst completing your formal apprenticeship qualifications. This role is fundamental to building a strong foundation in the carpentry trade and will equip you with the technical skills and industry knowledge required for a successful career in this exciting and rewarding field.

Key responsibilities

Assisting an experienced carpenter with the domestic house maintenance and renovations fields

Learning and applying safe carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, shaping and joining timber and other materials

Preparing work sites and organising tools and materials in a safe and effective manner

Following blueprints, plans and specifications accurately to complete assigned tasks

Maintaining and caring for carpentry tools and equipment appropriately

Adhering to all workplace health and safety standards and regulations at all times

Attending and completing all required training modules and competency assessments as part of the apprenticeship programme

Communicating effectively with your supervisor to understand requirements and seek guidance

Assisting with the installation and assembly of cabinetry, doors, windows and other carpentry components, including decking, flooring, painting, maintenance and renovations works including kitchens and bathrooms

Driving from work site to work site across the greater Gold Coast and Tweed Regions

Company vehicle and tools provided

What we're looking for

A strong desire to learn and develop a career in the carpentry trade

A drivers license including manual vehicle





Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to follow instructions and work safely in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour and work at heights where required

Good hand-eye coordination and practical problem-solving skills

Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work

Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from experienced supervisors

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to learning

Completion of Year 10 or equivalent education, or demonstrated equivalent capability
