EIL Global is seeking an IT support engineer for on-site, dispatch-based work in East Maitland/Newcastle, NSW. The role covers desktop and network issue handling, OS installation, patching, and on-call ticket-based dispatch.

You will work freelance/part time from client sites with SLA requirements for same-business-day and next-business-day support, and communicate in Business English plus local language.
