We support people living with psychosocial disability, intellectual disability and autism across Sydney. We’re looking for reliable, engaging support workers who can build positive relationships and help participants achieve their goals.
Shifts, travel and hours
Most shifts are a minimum of four hours. Shorter shifts may attract an additional travel payment, depending on their location and whether they sit alongside another shift.
Willingness to travel is essential. Our competitive rates reflect the flexibility we need across our team, with participants located throughout:
- Inner West and Central Sydney
- Southwest Sydney
- St George and Sutherland Shire
- Eastern Suburbs
You may initially start with a couple of shifts. As you build relationships with participants, there is an opportunity to grow towards 25–38 hours per week, depending on participant feedback, your availability and service demand.

- Completing accurate shift notes and promptly reporting incidents or concerns
About you
- Is friendly, patient,
reliable and accountable
- Builds rapport and respects participant choice and privacy
- Takes initiative and suggests enjoyable, affordable activities
- Communicates well and works confidently both independently and within a team
- Arrives on time and accurately records shift start and finish times
- Can work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons and weekends
- Is comfortable providing personal care and undertaking manual handling with appropriate training
- Experience in disability support or mental health is valued. A Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
New to the industry?
We welcome applications from people recent to disability support who bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We provide onboarding, training and ongoing guidance.
New entrants generally commence on SCHADS Level 1 rates, subject to the appropriate classification for their role, duties and experience.
Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Completion of the NDS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of infection control training
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them
