Healthia Hub Townsville is seeking an experienced and passionate Receptionist to join our multi-disciplinary clinic. This part-time role (minimum 26 hours per week) will be the first point of contact for clients and the friendly face of our clinic.
You will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage phone and email inquiries, process payments and health fund claims via HICAPS, and support a team-oriented team delivering exceptional patient care.
