Minimum requirementsa successful candidate will possess are:

Live in Brisbane CBD or Surrounding suburbs

Able to travel to Brisbane and Surrounding suburbs
(Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast)

Certificate II in Security Operations

Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate

Able to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively

Ability to work with Nexar Group 20+ hours per week ongoing. We are not looking for casual employees.

Ability to work across 5 to 7 days per week shift lengths of min 4hrs - max 12hrs

Experience in Gatehouse, Retail and Corporate roles.

Currently holds an MSIC clearance





Multiple Roles and Positions available - Gatehouse/Corporate/MSIC

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ability to support Nexar Group with 20+ hours per week across 4 to 7 day roster.

Will be good with Customers and Clients

Liaising with police and emergency response services when necessary

Be able to verbally de-escalate any situation

Risk identification and issue resolution

Adaptable to any situations that arise

Be able to deter theft and report missing assets

Work autonomously and in a group

You will have:

Good customer and client service skills

Good written and verbal communication

Reporting ability to supervisor

Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a collaborative way.

Demonstrated ability to apply ethical standards to decisions made on a day to day basis.

Physical capacity to perform the duties of the position including patrolling, responding and restraining persons.

Current First Aid certificate

Excellent communication skills a must.

Blue Card (Working With Children Check) Preferred.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) preferred.

Minimum requirementsa successful candidate will possess are:

Certificate II in Security Operations

Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate

Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia

Ability to work days and/or nights

VIC Private Security Business License - S
QLD Security Firm - CLASS 1 & 2 -
NSW Master License:
SA Security Agent - ISL
