We are offering a fantastic position for someone to cover 12 months of maternity leave as a Medical Receptionist. Comprehensive training will be offered. This is a wonderful chance for someone to learn recent skills with the hope of gaining a full-time position in the medical industry.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors and callers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing phone and emails enquiries, direction queries appropriately.
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with follow ups.
- Supporting the team with administration tasks, reporting and data entry.
- Providing general office support to ensure efficient operations.
