Your Reformer is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to cover parental leave for 12 months. This role supports performance management, culture, reward and recognition, and compliance across Australia, the US, and UK/EU, with LMS administration and policy development.
Hybrid work from Mornington or remote arrangements are available for the right candidate. You will partner with leaders and manage a lean, tech-enabled P&C; function, reporting to the Founder.
