About the Role
ACESGroup is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile aviation facility in Brisbane.
This is a casual opportunity offering weekday hours, 6:00am – 10:00am, Monday to Friday . You will be responsible for providing a professional security presence and supporting the safety and security of the facility, its people and operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Typical duties may include:
- Providing a professional and visible security presence
- Access control and monitoring entry to the facility
- Conducting security patrols and routine site checks
- Monitoring and reporting suspicious or unusual activity
- Responding appropriately to incidents and security concerns
- Maintaining accurate security logs and incident reports
- Providing qualified customer service to employees, visitors and contractors
- Working closely with site stakeholders and the wider security team
- Delivering security services in accordance with client requirements and ACESGroup standards
To be considered, you will require:
- Current QLD Security Licence
- Current First Aid certificate
- Aviation Security Identification Card (or ability to obtain)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet all site and aviation security requirements
- Availability to work 6:00am – 10:00am, Monday to Friday
Previous experience working within aviation, critical infrastructure or other high-security environments will be highly regarded.
