Quality Resort Parkhurst is seeking a reliable and professional Casual Receptionist to join our front office team. This is a front desk role in a busy resort environment where you will manage guest check-in and check-out, handle reservations and enquiries, and maintain high standards of guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Front desk and guest check-in/check-out
- Reservations and guest enquiries
- Phone and email enquiries
- Cash handling and daily reception procedures
- Working with the RMS property management system
- Maintaining a high standard of guest service
- Assisting with general reception and resort duties as required
- Working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
About you
- Previous hotel or resort reception experience preferred
- RMS experience is highly desirable
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Solid attention to detail
- Friendly and welcoming manner
- Flexible availability for a rotating roster
- A positive and professional approach to customer service
