We are seeking a passionate Part Time Chef to join our team at the Surfers Paradise Golf Club

As a part-time Chef, you will be responsible for operating the kitchen and delivering a high-quality food and dining experience serving traditional Australian cuisine working alongside our Head Chef.

The following skills, behaviors and qualifications are essential:

- Certificate IIIin Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher
- Kitchen experience in a club, restaurant, cafe or function environment – minimum 2years
- Highly organized and motivated
- High standard of personal presentation & hygiene
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate
- Must have pride in presenting consistent, well-presented meals
- Experience in stock control and ordering, with budgeting in mind
- Available to work a mixture of lunch & dinner shifts & weekends.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised and part of a team

Functions Experience

This is a permanent/part-time chance with consistent weekly hours on a set roster for aconfident, hands-on Chef with a proven track record. Immediate start available for the right Chef.
