Xouris Family Dental is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and patient-focused Dental Assistants/Receptionists to join our teams at Port Kembla and Warrawong .

Two Opportunities – Find Your Fit!

Position 1 – Port Kembla

- Tuesday to Friday

- 7:30am – 5:30pm

- Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Position 2 – Warrawong

- Tuesday to Friday

- 6:30am – 4:30pm

- Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Both positions require flexibility to work across our three Xouris Family Dental locations — Port Kembla, Warrawong and Corrimal — when operationally required.

What You'll Be Doing

We love team members who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and getting involved! Your role will include a combination of clinical assisting and front office responsibilities, including:





- Chairside assisting and supporting our clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care

- Preparing treatment rooms, sterilisation and maintaining infection control standards

- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive first impression

- Managing appointments, patient enquiries and incoming calls

- Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties

- Working collaboratively with our clinicians and support teams to keep the practice running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for patient care.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with reception experience highly regarded

- Confidence working in a busy dental environment

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach

- The ability to multitask and support both clinical and front office operations

- A flexible, team-first attitude

- Willingness and ability to travel between our three Illawarra practices when required
