Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Cobblebank

is looking for a passionate and flexible Assistant Educator to join our team in Room 4 – Adventurers on a part-time basis.

If you’re an enthusiastic Educator who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and creating engaging experiences for children, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As an Assistant Educator, you’ll work alongside our experienced team to support the delivery of high-quality education and care. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

This is a part-time position, with the successful candidate required to be flexible across our operating hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

- Flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- The flexibility and adaptability to work across different rooms and age groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and team-oriented approach to work
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
