A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a 4-week temporary basis with strong opportunity to extend. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a busy environment. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, assisting with data entry, documentation, customer enquiries and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Manage emails, phone enquiries and general correspondence.
- Process and maintain accurate records, documentation and data.
- Assist with data entry and updating internal systems.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with customer and supplier enquiries.
- Maintain organised records and filing systems.
- Support the wider team with general administration as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Administration, Customer Service or a similar support role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- SAP experience is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Available to commit to the full 4-week temporary assignment.
