KPI Sports designs and supplies custom teamwear, balls and equipment to community and semi-qualified sports clubs, schools and associations across Australia. Most of our clubs work with us under multi-year partnership agreements, and our Partnership Managers look after those relationships from first conversation to final delivery.

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our sales team at Geebung.

About the role

This is an entry point into a sales career. You will start by supporting our Partnership Managers, taking care of the order entry, follow-up and administration that keeps club orders moving, and you will look after retail sales yourself. After four to six months, as you learn our products, clubs and systems, the role grows into a junior sales position with your own customers to win and look after.

What you will do

Supporting the sales team

- Enter and check club orders in our CRM, making sure sizes, quantities, designs and delivery dates are right before production
- Follow up with clubs on outstanding approvals, size lists, payments and delivery details
- Keep club records up to date, including contacts, order history and key dates
- Prepare quotes, order confirmations and simple proposals

Retail sales

- Handle retail and small-order enquiries that come in by phone, email, website forms, our online kit builder and our Shopify store,



from first contact to delivered order
- Convert retail leads into sales, and pass on any that could become a club partnership

Growing into sales

- Take on a small group of clubs or a retail segment of your own
- Join Partnership Managers at club meetings and presentations
- Start contributing to new-business targets

About you

- A recent university degree, ideally in business, marketing, sports management or a related field
- A genuine passion for sport. Ideally you have played for, coached or volunteered at a community club, and you understand how clubs and their committees work
- You already use AI tools in your study or work, and you look for ways to apply them to drafting, checking and speeding up everyday tasks
- You pick up new systems quickly and are comfortable with Microsoft 365, CRMs and online stores
- Commercial sense: you understand what makes a sale worth winning
- Initiative: when something goes wrong, you look for the fix yourself before asking for help
- You enjoy working with a close team and with customers, in writing and on the phone
- Accuracy with detail. A wrong size or a missed deadline reaches a whole team
