We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time/casual basis, working approximately 2–3 days per week .

This is a hands-on role suited to a creative individual who has a solid eye for design, understands premium branding and can confidently take a project from concept through to finished artwork.

Working across a range of property, hospitality, marina and lifestyle projects , you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, social media, marketing and print.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and polished graphic designs for digital and print
- Develop social media graphics, campaigns and promotional content
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, invitations, signage and presentations
- Assist with branding, campaigns and visual identity across multiple projects
- Prepare artwork for print and digital production
- Create and maintain branded templates and marketing assets
- Work with photography, typography, imagery and other visual assets
- Assist with presentations, proposals and project-related marketing materials
- Collaborate with the wider team to bring creative concepts to life
- Ensure all work is consistent with established brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and branding
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Canva and/or other digital design platforms
- Basic photography or image editing skills
- Experience with video/Reels and digital content creation
- Experience within property, hospitality, luxury, retail or lifestyle industries
