The YMCA Springfield Lakes Outside School Hours Care is seeking an Assistant Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. You will help manage daily operations, guide educators, and support secure, engaging, and age-appropriate programming for children.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or studying) with experience in programming and administration, plus current First Aid/CPR and a valid Blue Card. A commitment to inclusive practice and community engagement is essential.
