Kyabram District Health Service is seeking a Central Intake Officer to coordinate referral intake for outpatient services across KDHS clinics. You will manage referrals via fax/email and handle the Community Health Reception Kyabram inbox, delivering a friendly, patient-centered first contact.

This part time role is based on site in Kyabram, requiring teamwork, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office and multiple software programs.
